Design packages do not include webhosting. All sites will be set up as. www.yoursitenamehere.4t.com

To establish a .com without the 4t, there will be an additional webhosting fee. Any website that requires more than 5 pages is automatically subject to .com processing.

Basic Starter Package:     $750.00

Webhosting Set Up:                            $250.00 + Webhosting Package Price (Payable via credit card only, to the Webhosting Service)

13-META Tags-                   Search engines use META Tags for indexing and categorizing document on the World Wide Web. META Tags help improve placement (or ranking) of your web pages in search engines like Yahoo or Google.

They also define particular things about a webpage. It’s the content which is below your web address when displayed in the search engine search window and how internet users find your website using key words.

FavIcon: $100.00

A FavIcon (short for favorites icon), also known as a website icon, shortcut icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon is an icon associated with a particular website or webpage. Internet Browsers that support the FavIcon typically display a page’s FavIcon in the browser’s URL bar and next to the page’s name in a list of bookmarks.

General Maintenance Packages:

All package deals are for previously established websites, which rotate photos and text for inventory, news, etc. If additional pages are required to accommodate photos and content, additional charges will apply. *See pages price list for details. Prices vary in accordance to amount of content required each quarter. All text is unlimited.

Daily Updates: Up to 2 Photos + Text + Daily Blog                  $100.00 per Day / Min. 4 Day Contract          $400.00

Weekly Updates: Up to 12 Photos + Text + Daily Blog            $285.00 per Week / Min. 3 Week Contract   $855.00

Monthly Updates: Up to 52 Photos = Text + Daily Blog          $785.00 per Month / Min. 2 Month Contract $1,570.00

$350.00,                Video Commercial Advertising: Client Supplies all Original Audio, Photo and Video Content, (enough to create a 60 second video).

Please Note: All Audio, Photo and Video Content must be accompanied by signed and completed Model Release Forms for Human Subjects appearance, likeness and form, and Property Release Forms of the place and or property that is the subject of the shoot. Price is to be negotiated depending on content and length of video, and varies from each individual project but the base price begins at $600.00.

Photography / Video Services

                $500.00,  Live Streaming Video Channel Uplink for 30 minutes (See Janet "LIVE" for actual broadcast )

Streaming Video Channel:

Streaming Video Channel consists of previously customized Video Commercial Advertising and any video that is available on YouTube.com. The Streaming Video Channel will run on Auto Pilot looping content 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If live shows are required, studio time will be an additional fee. You can also host a live show from my channel Down_Time for $195.00.
